Sally’s House

Sally came to us with a tiny, 900 square foot craftsman bungalow and explicit instructions to keep her beloved house in tact while creating an addition to double its square footage, to be modern in style, and to respect and not overwhelm her existing house. We think we succeeded, and more importantly, Sally does too.

The house contains sustainable materials, super-insulated walls and roof, and triple paned windows.
