RattleSnake Hills

This remodel and addition project, in Missoula’s Rattlesnake Valley, transformed twelve existing, tired looking single story apartments into a courtyard complex of elegant town homes.

The apartments were greened by adding insulation to the walls and roofs and by replacing existing windows with high efficiency glazing. The reuse of the existing apartment buildings also allowed for substantial savings of natural resources as well as a reduction in landfill waste.
